支架搬运车电源开关控制分析及改进设计

Improved Design and Analysis for Power Switch Control of Chock Carrier

摘要: 针对煤矿井下支架搬运车司机在停机时经常忘记关闭电源开关造成蓄电池溃电的问题,基于支架搬运车电气系统与气动系统设计原理,研究开发了一种适合煤矿井下支架搬运车工况特点和工作环境的电源开关自动控制装置。改进设计后结果表明:增加了电源开关自动控制装置减少了驾驶员起车、停车的操作|延长了蓄电池使用寿命|为后续支架搬运车设计提供借鉴。

Abstract: The manual power switch is often equipped with electrical system of the explosion-proof vehicle in underground mine. The driver needs to operate the power switch when the vehicle is started or turned off. An explosion-proof vehicle power switch controlling automatically is designed for controlling power switch of the vehicle in underground mine, in order to solve a battery defect caused by the collapse of supply in the case of forgetting to turn off the electrical power when the shutdown. The device can reduce the driver operation from the start and stop of the vehicle, but also is of positive significance on the good operation of the vehicle and extending the life of vehicle battery. The design has been applied in a variety of models on the chock carrier, and provides a reference for the design of the control design for the power switch on the new or the modified chock carrier.
